• Responsabilizarte de instalaciones SAP, aplicación de parches, upgrades y soporte a múltiples soluciones SAP como ECC, BI, SCM, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal y PI, garantizando la estabilidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas. • Participarás activamente en tareas de monitorización proactiva, copias de sistemas, gestión de transportes, backups y restores, así como en la administración de seguridad SAP (usuarios, roles y autorizaciones). • Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos de infraestructura, sistemas operativos y desarrollo, apoyando el dimensionamiento de sistemas, la mejora continua del entorno y la resolución de incidencias complejas. • Actuarás como referente técnico, contribuyendo a la definición y mantenimiento de estándares SAP Basis, documentación de procedimientos y transferencia de conocimiento, asegurando una evolución ordenada y sin impacto en el negocio.
Job Requirements
- Sólida experiencia en SAP Basis y HANA, incluyendo la configuración y gestión de Alta Disponibilidad, replicación y optimización del rendimiento, así como en la administración y mejora del performance de bases de datos HANA y Oracle.
- Se requiere un perfil autónomo, con fuerte capacidad de troubleshooting, habituado a trabajar bajo presión y en entornos multinacionales, con excelente nivel de inglés.
- Experiencia en ejecución de: Copias de clientes y sistemas. Soporte en nuevas instalaciones SAP. Reorganización de tablas. Tareas de conectividad y mantenimiento general.
- Nivel avanzado de Inglés.
- Se buscan perfiles senior con amplia experiencia en administración SAP, capaces de operar en entornos técnicos complejos y globales.

Work Remotely. Training schedule is Monday through Friday day shift preferred but with some flexibility. Training lasts approximately 6months. Pay Range $21.85 - $32.80 Major Responsibilities: - Answers inbound messages and calls and responds to customer needs in a high volume call center environment to service and retain customers. - Responds to complaints and resolves problems using established service recovery guidelines. Handles all escalated calls, attempting to resolve issues before they become escalated complaints. - Takes action, using appropriate discretion, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service. Works with appropriate departments to resolve questions and or issues related to the patient portal, billing, release of information, and HIPAA patient change requests (amendments).
