• Specialize in successfully supporting clinical recruiting by owning contract staffing, both directly recruiting and engaging an agency to fill clinical roles • Guide agency through the hiring process, onboarding and credentialing to effectively meet critical staffing deadlines • Execute the contract staffing strategy established by team lead or department leader • Follow internal process in an organized manner to ensure teammates and internal partners are informed and have received appropriate documentation • Manage the recruiting process with an emphasis on contractors and locum tenens • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current/future consideration in recruiting database • Accurately document, track and report recruiting activity • Partner with hiring manager on agency strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience or internship in sales, recruiting or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and applicant tracking
  • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques
