• Work on the DevOps & SRE team, researching, testing, and developing best-in-class cloud application technologies to ensure high scalability, availability, and security of software platforms. • Provide support and solutions to optimize the development team's work through DevOps solutions, containerization, and other tools focused on productivity. • Promote DevOps culture knowledge through meetings, training sessions, workshops, and the creation of supporting documentation and materials. • Support the improvement, review, and creation of development processes together with the Agile team and help manage development. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams in reviewing and defining test automation processes, quality gates, and CI/CD. • Work with information security teams to support monitoring, governance, and cloud security resources. • Assist in creating post-mortems and incident reports for availability and security, as well as performance and cloud cost reports.
