Job Description
Senior Marketing Program Manager
EvenUp
• Own the Marketing org's operating cadence: org all-hands, weekly standups, OKR planning and tracking, and other programs that keep the team moving in the same direction • Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing sub-teams, not just tracking progress, but actively identifying true dependencies, surfacing blockers early, and helping the team get unstuck • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs on top initiatives and key marketing programs clearly and proactively, to the team, across the org, and up to leadership, so the right people have the right context at the right time • Build shared resources, identify process gaps, and implement lightweight systems that give the org visibility into what's shipping, what's stuck, and what's coming next. Pragmatic and focused on progress over perfection • Take ownership of a select set of high-impact growth initiatives, driving them from scoping through completion with the same rigor and follow-through you bring to program management.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, with a track record of owning planning cycles, operating rhythms, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving environment
- You are a program manager first, energized by bringing structure and clarity to an org, with a genuine growth mindset that lets you contribute meaningfully to initiatives beyond just coordinating them
- Proven ability to go beyond status updates: you bring structure without creating bureaucracy, dig into the work, identify real dependencies, and proactively unblock the team rather than waiting to be asked
- Clear, concise communicator who earns trust across functions and levels
- Growth mindset with hands-on experience leading experiments or initiatives that improved conversion, pipeline, or revenue.
Benefits
- Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family
- Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness
- Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability
- 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province
- A home office stipend
- 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees
- Paid parental leave
- A local in-person meet-up program
- Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto
