• Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies. • Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. • Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience. • Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact. • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games in a product-focused role, specializing in economy, live events, and live operations.
- Proven ability to launch and refine player-facing features, leveraging data to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Strong foundation in product analytics, with experience reading dashboards and applying data insights to optimize performance.
- Skilled in roadmap planning, market analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and maximize business success.
- A track record of shipping features and using data-driven decisions to improve and refine existing systems.
