Within the Services organization, the BMI product organization is focused on creating and delivering superior products for our clients in the area of operational & location insights, business intelligence, analytics and data driven experimentation. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful product road mapping that evolves our solution sets to meet existing and new use cases, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our Business Development and Client Services teams to drive relevant go-to-market solutions for our customers in the region. Title and Summary Director, Product Management, Advanced Analytics & AI Role This role is responsible for industry-level product management for the Advanced Analytics product line for the Asia Pacific region. This role is responsible for industry-level P&L ownership and growth for Advanced Analytics & AI solutions within the relevant industry portfolio assigned across the Asia Pacific region. The Director serves as the commercial and strategic owner of the industry portfolio, accountable for revenue growth, client adoption, and value realisation across our suite of multiple data, analytics and AI products. The role partners closely with product-led P&L owners, regional business development and delivery teams, and global product management teams to maximise total portfolio performance. The role reports to the Vice President, Product Management, Advanced Analytics (Asia Pacific). Key Responsibilities Industry P&L Ownership & Growth• Own revenue, growth targets, and commercial performance for Advanced Analytics within the relevant industries assigned across APAC• Shape industry-specific growth strategies leveraging the full Advanced Analytics & AI product portfolio• Balance short-term commercial outcomes with long-term scalability and margin discipline Client & Market Leadership• Act as the senior industry lead for Advanced Analytics & AI, engaging senior executive-level stakeholders• Drive solution positioning, value articulation, and deal shaping for complex client opportunities• Identify unmet industry needs and translate them into scalable analytics opportunities Portfolio Commercialisation• Partner with product-led P&L owners to adapt and commercialise analytics products for industry-specific use cases• Prioritise product adoption based on industry economics, client readiness, and revenue potential• Ensure disciplined use of customisation versus scalable solutions Go-To-Market & Execution• Work closely with Business Development, Client Services, and Delivery teams to execute industry GTM plans• Support pipeline development, large deals, and strategic partnerships• Oversee delivery quality and client outcomes within the industry portfolio Strategic Input & Thought Leadership• Provide structured market feedback to influence product roadmap decisions• Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics• Contribute to industry thought leadership, client events, and external positioning All About You• Deep expertise in each the industry verticals within the portfolio under management, including business models, economics, and data-driven decisioning• Proven experience owning or contributing to P&L management, revenue growth, or commercial portfolios• Strong background in analytics, AI, strategy consulting, and/or data-driven products• Comfortable engaging senior executives and shaping complex commercial discussions• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation with shared ownership models• Strong judgment around scalability vs bespoke solutions• Collaborative leadership style with experience leading and nurturing high-performing teams• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:• Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;• Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and• Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
