Overview Days, Full-time Location: Remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin. A LMS Analyst is a consultant who designs, implements, and manages a company’s or organization’s learning management system in partnership with key business leaders. The specialist will leverage technology to elevate organizational learning ecosystem through cross functional collaboration to assess learning needs, design tailored solutions, and implement effective programs that align with business objectives. Deep Understanding of adult learning principles, industry best practices and emerging trends that drive the creation of engaging content. Duties include managing and customizing the LMS platform, uploading course content, tracking the progress and performance of learners, and providing users with technical assistance and training. Responsibilities - Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and eLearning tools. - Develop, maintain, and optimize LMS content, curricula, and training programs. - Administer LMS operations including user access, system configuration, and vendor coordination. - Ensure data integrity, system performance, and seamless learning delivery. - Create reports and analyze training data to support leadership decisions and compliance. - Provide LMS training and support to users across the organization. - Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee development. Qualifications Education: - High School diploma or GED Equivalent required. - Associate’s degree in related field preferred. - Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. Experience: - Two (2) years of learning and development experience and/or two (2) years of Experience in Human Resources or Information Technology required. - Experience with Cornerstone preferred. - Experience with LMS in Healthcare setting preferred.
