About the team The Global Content Marketing Manager will be accountable for owning, producing and project managing a large variety of content for strategic initiatives, campaigns, and ad hoc needs. They’ll take lead in proposing the best content for the desired result, and devise and execute strategy for achieving the intended outcome. The incumbent in this role works across Marketing and the wider organization to produce and manage the execution of high quality, thought-provoking, and compelling content. With a strong sense of storytelling and an understanding of content writing, production, and strategy, this role will plan and deliver exceptional content executions spanning blog articles, B2B thought-leadership material, brand messaging, social/influencer marketing, SEO and more. What you will do - Develop and manage comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. - Oversee the production team, including assigning tasks, managing timelines, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality content creation, including articles, blog posts, videos, and social media content. - Collaborate with the content marketing library specialists to curate and maintain a robust content library, ensuring content is organized, tagged, and easily accessible for the team and other stakeholders. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify content trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to optimize content planning and development. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as product marketing, design, and sales, to ensure content alignment and support various marketing initiatives and product launches. - Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in content marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Content writing and reviews. Writing and reviewing content for integrated marketing campaigns, corporate brand campaigns, and events. You will participate in and contribute to various brand projects, including videos, advertisements, articles, and infographics. The role also involves serving as an editorial reviewer for content produced by freelancers and other contributors. - Content execution and distribution. Oversee the execution and distribution of content across Kinaxis-owned and adjacent platforms, including the company blog, YouTube channel, Wikipedia, and social media articles and posts. - Brand voice. Assist in brand operations by supporting the rollout and ongoing education of our new corporate brand(s). Help maintain a consistent tone and voice across all content, streamline workflows for collaboration with other teams, and implement tools to improve efficiency. This role leads a small team and works with remote teams across the US, UK, and India, during EST business hours. This is a remote position available in the United States. Essential Functions/Responsibilities - Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics: - Meet regularly with digital channel managers to understand marketing goals and support with appropriate analysis. - Lead detailed bi-weekly reviews of overall pipeline health, including identification of new trends or changes that could impact growth potential or acquisition funnel efficiency. - Manage reporting processes, from intake to distribution, using agile methodologies. Ensure that the goal of every analysis is clearly defined, projects are documented, and that all final presentations are organized in a logical and impactful manner. - Triage incoming analytics requests, prioritize workload, groom backlog, and proactively follow up on open tasks. - Continuously document and refine analytics processes for efficiency and clarity. - Lead ad-hoc analysis and consolidate findings into actionable insights. - Build automated dashboards, visualizations, and funnel reports that highlight marketing channel performance and opportunities. - Coach the analytics team and other marketing staff on how to interoperate data or self-serve using the data you provide. - In partnership with IT, own digital analytics tools, marketing data hygiene/QA, and roadmap development (connecting data points to develop more robust analyses). - Partner with digital product managers to identify user friction and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) - Lead rigorous A/B testing and analysis. - Develop attribution models to measure performance across many channels. - Embrace company values and HEART principles. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field - In lieu of a degree, an additional 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics would be considered - 5 years Marketing Analytics experience or a related area - 3 years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, email performance analytics, and paid channel measurement within a large organization or agency. - 1 year of people leadership experience. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
