This role focuses on maintaining and expanding a comprehensive hotel contact and metadata database, primarily through outbound hotel outreach and data entry. The position also supports customer service follow-ups, travel coordination, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and an improved guest experience. Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience Core Tasks: - Add and maintain hotel metadata and contact data set for almost every hotel in North America through QA review of AI-generated hotel proposals and verification of complex hotel data inside the admin app (70%) - Sometimes this will be on-demand with time constraints, as needed to support gaps in the product dataset - Otherwise this will be working through a large list and compiling over longer period of time - Complete project to build out the North America hotel group data set - Potential to expand the assistant's role to support inventory in other markets afterwards - Contact hotel partners via phone when necessary for follow-up edge cases to inquire about unanswered customer requests within their system (20%) - Perform ad hoc administration / data entry / reporting work (10%) Must-Haves: - 2+ years coordinating group travel or hospitality background - Strong attention to detail - Experience with outbound calling at volume, great service level - Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills - Familiarity with GMail and slack for internal comms - Ability to work EST or PST hours Nice to Haves: - Experience reviewing or QA-ing operational workflows - Familiarity working alongside automated or AI-driven systems - Light people-management or team-lead exposure (optional bonus) - Experience with project management tools - Experience contacting North American hotel groups for bookings and updates Durable Skills: - Needs ability to context switch between data entry/management & outbound follow-up w/ hotels - Comfort & expertise in outbound calls; ability to follow & navigate a script - Comfort with repetition - often doing data entry/managemet/clean-up - Organization KPI’s: - Call Volume: Estimated 70-80 hotel contacts per day (6-10 contacts per hour) - Contact Efficiency: One good contact every 10 minutes (conservative estimate) or potentially 3-5 minutes per contact when efficient - List Completion: Working through a large list of hotels row by row (estimated near 10,000 listings total) 🌟 Perks & Benefits: - Salary: Up to Php 70,000 per month depending on experience - Yearly Performance Evaluation - Anniversary Bonus: PHP 5,000 (1st year), PHP 10,000 (2nd–4th years) - Referral Bonus: $300 per successful hire - 7 days Paid Holiday Off - 6 days Paid Time Off - Healthcare Plan - Maternity Leave - Paternity Leave
