As the Performance Specialist, you will improve measurable operational improvement, productivity, and profitability within assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will be a trusted partner to collision center leadership by delivering PPG Collision Services, operational expertise, and performance-based solutions that strengthen long-term customer relationships and enhance PPG loyalty. You will report to the Collision Performance Manager. Responsibilities - Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers. - Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement. - Partner with PPG sales, leadership teams, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals. - Complete all required Workday corporate training, maintaining full compliance with PPG requirements - Ensure all assigned corporate learning, certifications, and compliance modules remain current - Conduct structured KPI and performance reviews with important customers - Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and agreed performance metrics - Observe shop workflows and identify constraints improving productivity or profitability - Be an trusted advisor by connecting operational improvements to measurable outcomes - Collaborate with PPG sales, Strategic Account Manager, and distribution partners to ensure aligned customer messaging and support Qualifications - College Degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field - Customer Service Experience - Accountability with experience and accurate follow up. - Work with all levels of team. - Oversee technical customer service support. In this growth-focused role, you will be media buying and planning across a suite of paid media channels, with a focus on programmatic display, video/CTV, and social platforms. The objective is to drive revenue growth, plus awareness and traffic, across all Plusgrade Partner portfolios under your management. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, the person will be responsible for: - Preparing campaign media plans, leveraging experience across Partners for optimal channel selection, targeting strategy and overall effectiveness in achieving KPIs. - Media Buying: Hands-on media campaign setup across multiple digital paid media channels (including paid social, programmatic display, and CTV/video) to ensure media is delivered on time with high quality, and campaign performance targets are met or exceeded. - Using first and third-party data and segmentation to reach desired target audiences. - Working closely with external marketing agencies (SEM and Affiliate channels) to share, support, and grow performance for your Partners. - Frequent monitoring and optimization, and post-campaign analysis of campaign media performance to maximize campaign revenue and improve budget efficiency. - Ongoing responsibility for identifying growth opportunities across new/existing media channels and targeting tactics for Partners in your portfolio. - Financial Management: Maintain oversight of day-to-day, monthly, and annual campaign budgets, including forecasting and financial management across multiple media channels. - Work collaboratively with partner account teams and creative services to ensure media executions align with campaign objectives, Partner needs, and business goals. - Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external partners, communicating performance insights and pitching new media opportunities. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH: - 3-4 years hands-on experience with paid digital media channel campaign buying and planning, setup, ongoing optimization, measurement and testing. - Candidates should have experience with a selection of programmatic display and paid social media platforms, and have the ability to apply skills and experience to new platforms as needed. Preferred platform experience includes Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/DV360, The Trade Desk.
