WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, the person will be responsible for: - Preparing campaign media plans, leveraging experience across Partners for optimal channel selection, targeting strategy and overall effectiveness in achieving KPIs. - Media Buying: Hands-on media campaign setup across multiple digital paid media channels (including paid social, programmatic display, and CTV/video) to ensure media is delivered on time with high quality, and campaign performance targets are met or exceeded. - Using first and third-party data and segmentation to reach desired target audiences. - Working closely with external marketing agencies (SEM and Affiliate channels) to share, support, and grow performance for your Partners. - Frequent monitoring and optimization, and post-campaign analysis of campaign media performance to maximize campaign revenue and improve budget efficiency. - Ongoing responsibility for identifying growth opportunities across new/existing media channels and targeting tactics for Partners in your portfolio. - Financial Management: Maintain oversight of day-to-day, monthly, and annual campaign budgets, including forecasting and financial management across multiple media channels. - Work collaboratively with partner account teams and creative services to ensure media executions align with campaign objectives, Partner needs, and business goals. - Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external partners, communicating performance insights and pitching new media opportunities.
