Academic Consultant – Educational Data Analysis, Excel, Power BI

• Develop and implement management dashboards to monitor academic indicators • Design data visualizations that support decision-making • Establish relevant metrics and KPIs for area monitoring • Propose automations for updating and populating dashboards • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement • Propose standardizations and templates to streamline processes • Work closely with health course coordinators throughout the process • Provide training for health course coordinators • Analyze the process for creating, updating, and approving curricular matrices • Ensure compliance with National Curriculum Guidelines (DCNs) and current regulations through template checks • Propose improvements in the organization and documentation of curricular matrices • Conduct diagnostics of current Academic Management processes • Identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities • Propose redesigned workflows focused on efficiency and quality • Prepare process documentation (mapping, operating procedures) • Recommend tools and technologies to automate activities • Oversee the production of health teaching materials and provide support as needed • Assist the content coordinator as required
