• Consulting on complex technical accounting matters, ensuring proper application of accounting standards, & working with internal and external (e.g. auditors) stakeholders to address & enforce policy compliance. • Maintaining accounting policies for assigned area(s) of responsibility. • Providing subject matter expertise on technical accounting policy and compliance issues. • Maintaining knowledge on current and emerging accounting standards, assessing the impact, and collaborating with management to ensure proper application of accounting standards. • Preparing and reviewing accounting policies for complex accounting transactions and ensures compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. • Overseeing and reviewing new disclosures (e.g. 10K and 10Q). Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statement footnotes. • Identifying complex accounting issues/concerns and recommending mitigation solutions to management. • Communicating new and emerging technical accounting policy developments to managers and executives throughout LFG. • Identifying and resolving complex issues with internal and/or external auditors in a collaborative manner. • Obtaining input from appropriate management before making external statements or providing information that could impact the corporation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop accounting-focused training materials, modules, and courses • Create at least 1 new course per week that reflects current US accounting standards, workflows, and best practices • Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences • Build content that speaks directly to the realities of offshore accounting professionals supporting US-based clients • Facilitate live accounting simulations for candidates during the recruitment stage, assessing both technical accuracy and professional judgment • Evaluate and grade simulation outputs with consistency and objectivity • Provide structured feedback that informs hiring decisions • Continuously refine simulation materials to reflect evolving role requirements • Monitor and report on Staffer and Internal participation rates across all training programs • Track progress completion rates for both Staffer and Internal cohorts • Ensure Week 0 pass rates are maintained and improvement plans are in place for failed attempts • Analyze Week 0 results (Passed, Failed, Failed - No Impact) and surface actionable insights • Identify and implement at least one training automation improvement per week (Y/N tracked) • Streamline course delivery, tracking, and reporting processes using available tools and platforms • Build and maintain SOPs and facilitator guides to support consistent training delivery

Summary/Objective The Account Specialist supports the Varsity Performing Arts segment of the business managing billing processes, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring invoice accuracy. Reporting to the Plant Controller in Brookfield, MO, this role performs reconciliations, conducts pre-billing reviews, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to address billing issues and maintain accurate financial records. Job Responsibilities - Creates customer invoices and ensures accurate billing calculations. - Monitors accounts receivable - Reviews vendor goods receipt for invoice processing - Conducts monthly pre-billing review and data quality analysis to verify complete accuracy of invoices delivered to customers - Cooperates with other teams to ensure billing accuracy - Reconciles invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies - Resolves any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, including issuing credits for quality resolution - Interacts with customers to resolve any issues and answer inquiries Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Practical experience with electronic billing procedures Proficiency in data entry Familiarity with databases and SQL, experience using Quickbooks and SAP Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suites; fluency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and data gathering skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Travel Travel is minimal, any travel would be primarily local during the business day. Education, Certification and Experience - Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position preferred - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields a plus. • Responsible for Technical Accounting, Consolidations & Reporting • Lead the planning, coordination, and preparation of financial statements consolidation process • Oversee accounting activities related to corporate functions and holding entities • Execute quarterly and annual reporting process to support timely and accurate financial statements • Advise and partner with business leaders on M&A activities • Review material contracts and evaluate accounting impact • Collaborate with Legal, HR, FP&A, and other business partners on business initiatives and accounting impact • Advise business on how to construct agreements to achieve desired outcome • Perform technical research on accounting topics, document positions within accounting memos, and advise business on treatment • Advise respective accounting teams on new and/or complex accounting transactions • Monitor development of new and emerging accounting pronouncements • Assess impact of new accounting literature and lead implementation of accounting standards • Create/revise global accounting policies and ensure process for consistent application across the company • Partner with business unit controllers to ensure accounting policies are updated to reflect current business practices and compliance with GAAP • Develop/maintain relationships and work closely with external auditors, business leaders, and senior management to ensure communication of critical issues in a timely manner • Lead audit process with external auditors • Monitor/benchmark reporting and disclosure best practices and advise executive management on recommendations internally • Identify and implement process improvements • Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed
