El Rol: Impacto Clave y Objetivo Principal El Executive Sales Experience Management es el responsable directo de posicionar a Izo como el partner estratégico de nuestros clientes. Tu objetivo es demostrar el impacto cuantificable de nuestras soluciones (consultoría y tecnología), asegurando el logro de los objetivos de venta a través de un modelo de venta consultiva que transforma los desafíos de CX/EX en propuestas de valor con un ROI medible. Responsabilidades Clave (Tu Día a Día) * Liderar el Ciclo de Venta Consultiva para servicios complejos de consultoría y tecnología, desde la prospección (hunting) hasta el cierre. * Apertura de Nuevas Cuentas: Cualificar y abrir proactivamente nuevos negocios, liderando la generación continua de pipeline cualificado. * Gestión Estratégica de Cuentas: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes detallados para la expansión y madurez de la cartera de clientes, impulsando upselling y crecimiento. * Propuestas de Valor con ROI: Preparar y liderar el proceso comercial de propuestas adaptadas, siempre enfocadas en la cuantificación del Retorno de Inversión. * Experto en CX/EX: Convertirse en un experto del mercado para liderar conversaciones de alto nivel con stakeholders ejecutivos. * Gestión Rigurosa de KPIs: Mantener el CRM rigurosamente actualizado para la gestión de objetivos, precisión del forecast y análisis de rendimiento de ventas. Requisitos Imprescindibles (Must have) * Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en roles comerciales de alta exigencia, con historial de éxito en la venta de proyectos complejos de consultoría y soluciones tecnológicas B2B (no solo productos transaccionales). * Capacidad probada para cuantificar la propuesta de valor y el Retorno de la Inversión de las soluciones. * Clara orientación a la apertura de nuevas cuentas y a la generación activa de pipeline. * Habilidad para utilizar el CRM como una herramienta estratégica de gestión y reporte de KPIs. * Dominio de Inglés (B2 mínimo) para liderar conversaciones y negociaciones internacionales. * Habilidad y disposición para trabajar y viajar en LATAM. Requisitos Ideales (Lo que te hará Destacar) * Experiencia previa en el mercado de la Consultoría de Experiencia (CX y EX). * Formación en Administración, Gestión de Ventas, Negocios o campos relacionados. * Habilidad en el manejo y ejecución de Demostraciones Tecnológicas (PoC). You’ll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
