Clinical Informatics Analyst

Hurley

In conjunction with other Information Technology staff, documents, configures, tests, and implements new and existing computer systems. Provides clinical practice knowledge and experience to system design teams. Translates user requests into system designs, utilizing knowledge of the nursing, patient care, provider, and ancillary department and physician processes. Provides technical and clinical input to a number of small project teams, coordinating work plans and activities, data collection, and issue identification and/or resolution. Scope of responsibility may include several individual departments, projects of moderate complexity that require coordination across multiple functional areas and sub-tasks within more complex projects. Primary, but not exclusive, area of concentration is on clinical systems and the workflow inherent to them. Participates in all quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Complies with all appropriate patient safety and infection control standards. Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Medical Center's Courtesy Performance Standards. Job assignments may be appropriate for partial remote work. May require on call duties. Works under the supervision of a departmental director or designee who reviews work for effectiveness and compliance with established standards. May provide limited direction to a small number of employees in information technology.

Role Description The Senior IT Analyst will support the GIS team, assist with training solutions for stakeholders, and leverage expertise in ArcGIS and Python scripting for automation and analysis. - Tier 1 help desk support, resolving common user tickets/issues, creating/maintaining documentation for workflows, and escalating more complicated issues. - Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows that make enterprise data available to both Enterprise and Online ArcGIS environments. - Design and deliver periodic trainings on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Earth, ArcGIS Pro, and other ArcGIS toolsets to the FAA’s geospatial community. - Publish and maintain CDO curated content within the Enterprise and AGOL environments. - Assist with user maintenance, report generation, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
