Senior IT Analyst

Role Description The Senior IT Analyst will support the GIS team, assist with training solutions for stakeholders, and leverage expertise in ArcGIS and Python scripting for automation and analysis. - Tier 1 help desk support, resolving common user tickets/issues, creating/maintaining documentation for workflows, and escalating more complicated issues. - Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows that make enterprise data available to both Enterprise and Online ArcGIS environments. - Design and deliver periodic trainings on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Earth, ArcGIS Pro, and other ArcGIS toolsets to the FAA’s geospatial community. - Publish and maintain CDO curated content within the Enterprise and AGOL environments. - Assist with user maintenance, report generation, and other administrative tasks as necessary. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT-related field. - Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. - Experience with maintenance of ArcGIS Online and Enterprise portals, including users, groups, custom roles, credits, and content. - Experience with automation patterns within Online and Enterprise (e.g. Python scripting, Data Pipelines, ArcGIS Notebooks). - Experience with Python-based ArcGIS scripting libraries (arcpy, ArcGIS Python API), as well as other standard Python libraries common in general purpose, data engineering, and geospatial workflows. - Experience with ArcGIS Hub, Experience Builder, and other no-code app builders within the ecosystem. - Experience with Survey123, FieldMaps, and other mobile solutions within the ecosystem. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
