• The incumbent is responsible for the sales and promotion of CRM Division products related to the management of arrhythmias in a specific group of key accounts. • Responsible for implementing the strategies and plans defined for each account. • Servicing the current customer base, increasing sales and establishing new accounts. • Ensure that all standing Regulatory and Quality Procedures are followed. • Depth understanding of our product lines and support management in the formulation of sales strategies and goals. • Achieve sales quota per plan. • Implement comprehensive plans to increase market penetration in his/her area. • Implement marketing strategies for product launches. • Carry out market prospection. • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies (pricing, quotes, credit terms and expenses). • Maintain a plan of regular visits to the customers, in order to identify their needs and business opportunities. • Participate in local and international scientific congresses, giving all the support to customers. • Maintain good knowledge/awareness of competitive products. • Responsible to actively participate with Customer Service Department on getting the orders from customers. • Responsible for Public Hospitals tenders and provide timely Tender Department with all the information required to submit offers of his/her area of responsibility. • Control and report consignments in customers and own trunk stock to Customer Service Department and Sales Manager. • To report and keep his/her Sales Manager informed about his/her business progress and assist him/her in reaching the yearly operating plan. • Plan his/her weekly visit and travel schedule, informing his/her manager. • Represent the company in professional manner with highest integrity, following Abbott commercial practices policy and ensuring all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. • Responsible for Product Event Report of Abbott products, following RA/QA procedures.
Job Requirements
- University Degree: Health Technician, Nurse, Biomedical or Electronic Engineer.
- Sales experience, at least 3 years of proven experience

The ideal candidate will have a background and familiarity with EMV payment solutions, preferably a background within the financial industry, and have experience with EMV payment cards, particularly dual interface (DIF) smart cards. Experience of working with JCOP or other semiconductors used in EMV payment, negotiating contracts within the financial segment, and work with financial service providers is highly desirable. Past engagements with payment card issuers would be favorable. The role requires a mix of sales and some business development competencies and considerable travel, (up to 60% in the near term), within the region as we promote our newest JCOP 5 technology.
