Role Description As a VIP team leader, your role is to manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensuring their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely. You will manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals. - Lead by example by assisting in the development of team processes and procedures. - Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions taken by your team. - Manage the overall running of the VIP team. - Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles. - Achieve progress and hit VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing strengths & addressing weaknesses. - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships. - Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs, taking appropriate action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps. - Improve upon current procedures and implement new processes. - Weekly reporting on team and market performance. - Conduct regular 1:1s & performance management. - Any other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal skills. - Native Romanian. - Gambling industry knowledge and experience is a must. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Excellent understanding of VIP Player Management. - Strong people management skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Scheduling and work planning. - Presenting and report skills. Requirements - Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more. - Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a VIP team. - Ability to work under pressure. - Understanding of numbers and targets. - Fluent in Romanian. • Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues; • Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs; • Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting; • Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations; • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage. • Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
