This role plays a critical part in supporting financial and business systems, ensuring smooth month-end operations, and delivering high-quality product and system support across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance or financial systems background, hands-on experience with tools such as Kantata and CRM platforms, and a good understanding of how financial, project, and operational systems integrate. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, manage business‑critical support activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across support operations. Key Responsibilities - Triage, manage, and resolve business and system support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication. - Provide product and application support for financial and enterprise systems, including Kantata and related CRM tools. - Set up, validate, and maintain project and financial configurations based on commercial and contractual documentation. - Actively support month-end close activities, including financial checks, timesheet compliance, reconciliations, and internal system validations. - Monitor, maintain, and improve data quality and integrity across integrated financial and business systems. - Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles to support internal documentation and enable self-service. - Identify process gaps and drive system and process improvements to enhance support efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure system changes align with business and financial workflows. - Participate in review calls and prepare reports highlighting support performance, financial impacts, and improvement actions. - Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business requirements in a fast-paced support environment. Preferred Skills & Tools - Prior experience in International Customer Support/Service or Financial Voice Support environment - Strong financial support ops background, with a clear understanding of financial processes and controls. - Hands-on experience with financial and enterprise systems such as Kantata, CRM tools - Hands on experience on Ticketing Tool like ServiceNow etc - Good understanding of month-end close processes, financial, commercial and compliance checks. - Experience in product support or application support roles within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with ITIL practices, service management, and structured support operations. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scenarios and concepts clearly. - Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and business workflows. - Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts in a 15×5 support environment to ensure business continuity and coverage. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in business support, system support, or financial systems support roles within MNCs. - Proven ability to manage time-sensitive, finance-impacting, and business-critical support issues. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership for data accuracy and system integrity.
