• Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices: Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly. • Work on Major Installations and Projects: Contribute to large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success. • Proactive Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: You have sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with colour management software such as Adobe Colour or PrismaSync Tools is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.

Location Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Podcast Production Coordinator will manage the final stages of podcast production, ensuring every episode and related asset is reviewed, organized, and fully ready for publishing. This role is centered on quality control, workflow coordination, and light editing support, with a strong emphasis on maintaining consistency across multiple shows in a high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Final Review - Review completed podcast episodes to ensure audio and video quality meet publishing standards. - Identify missed edits, incorrect segments, formatting inconsistencies, or delivery issues before release. - Make light editing adjustments when needed, including small cuts and minor corrections. Production Coordination & Workflow Management - Manage the workflow from post-recording through final delivery across multiple episodes. - Ensure all episodes are properly processed, finalized, and delivered on time for publishing. - Track episode progress carefully to prevent delays or missed deliverables.
