Title: Assistant Director of Postsecondary Education - Arizona Location: AZ US Job Description: Salary: $60,000 Remote Travel: 30% As part of the Foster Success Education Services team, the Assistant Director of Postsecondary Education advances the organization’s mission by ensuring students are heard, supported, and empowered through access to educational programs and resources. This position will oversee the day-to-day management of the Arizona Education and Training Voucher (ETV) contract and team. The Assistant Director of Postsecondary Education provides direct support to students and maintains relationships and communication with representatives from post-secondary institutions throughout Arizona. The Assistant Director of Postsecondary Education will work with the Senior Director of Impact and Programs: Education and Workforce to deliver the ETV and college success programs and act as a resource for students and staff. The majority of this position’s initial work will focus on direct support of ETV students. This position will supervise the additional Education Coordinators as the program expands. The Assistant Director of Postsecondary Education reports to the Senior Director of Impact and Programs: Education and Workforce. Primary Responsibilities - 50% Program Management - Direct the day-to-day implementation of the Arizona Education and Training Voucher (ETV) contract and programming/support in adherence to the requirements defined by the Arizona Department of Child Safety. Provide support services leading to academic persistence and completion to a caseload of students and support to the Education Coordinator as necessary. - 20% Leadership and Management - Provide direct supervision of the Education Coordinator.
