Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services required, Master's preferred
  • A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to effectively manage systems, processes, and people
  • Experience in Work Force Services industry preferred
  • Five plus years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
  • Maintains relevant professional licensure/registration/certification in the state of practice, if applicable
