Qualifications We’re Looking For - Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, MarTech operations, or a related field. - Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience managing DAMs in multiple MarTech ecosystems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Aprimo, Widen, or Bynder). - Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges independently or collaboratively. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in metadata standards, taxonomy development, and an understanding of API integrations between DAMs and CMS/Social platforms. - Communication: Strong ability to influence decisions and mentor others while promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
