Role Details - Work Location – This is a Work From Home position, the succesfull candidate must be based in Ontario. Corporate office is located in Toronto. - The full base salary range for this position is from $108,000 - $140,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity. - Initial Posting Close Date – April 30th 2026 About This Opportunity The Digital Omni E-Commerce Manager supports the execution and optimization of e-commerce marketing programs across online platforms. This role focuses on paid search performance, e-commerce content management and digital shelf optimization and performance insights to improve product discoverability and conversion. The role also develops recommendations for leveraging first-party data and audience targeting to improve e-commerce marketing performance. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics, CRM and agency partners, the Digital Commerce Manager delivers insights and optimization strategies that support e-commerce growth. Responsibilities Digital Shelf & Product Content • Manage and optimize e-commerce product content across online marketplaces. • Parter with brand and digital asset teams to maintain accurate, compelling product pages and attributes. • Monitor digital shelf performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion. Performance Insights & Optimization • Analyze e-commerce performance data across retail and FSOP platforms. • Develop reporting and insights to identify optimization opportunities across campaign and product pages. • Provide recommendations to improve e-commerce performance and digital shelf effectiveness. • Partner with marketing, analytics, and content teams to improve commerce performance Paid Search Strategy & E-commerce Campaign Execution • Executes and optimize paid search campaigns across e-commerce platforms • Manage keyword strategy, bidding and testing to improve campaign performance. • Partner with marketing leadership on recommendation for campaign optimization and reporting. • Work with agencies and platform partners to execute and optimize campaigns. • Leverage AI-powered search tools and emerging technologies to identify optimization opportunities. First – Party Data Activation • Develop recommendations for leveraging first-party data to improve e-commerce marketing performance. • Partner with media teams to activate CRM and audience optimization targeting strategies. • Support execution of owned audience initiatives (eg contests, promotional programs, shopper segmentation & coms strategy) Omni Marketing – Amazon, Pureplay & FSA • Execute and optimize omni marketing plans for Amazon, Instacart and FSA Channels (Uber Eats, Door Dash etc). • Manage amazon advertising and own Amazon data pulls and reporting. • Parter with FSA platforms on search, promotion strategy & drive menu optimization. Qualifications • 4 year degree in Marketing or relevant Programs preferred • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or retail media. • Experience managing paid search campaigns across e-commerce platforms. • Experience managing e-commerce product content or digital shelf optimization. • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting e-commerce performance data • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
