Role Description We're looking for a QA Engineer based in Brazil to ensure the quality and reliability of Kestra's platform across both the open-source and Enterprise editions. A key part of this role involves working directly with customer support tickets: understanding reported issues, reproducing them in local or staging environments, and verifying fixes before they ship. You'll be the bridge between what customers experience and what the engineering team delivers. This is a fully remote position. We're hiring from Brazil for timezone alignment with the broader team. What You'll Do - Review and analyze customer support tickets to understand reported issues, extract reproduction steps, and translate customer-reported problems into actionable bug reports for the engineering team. - Reproduce customer-reported bugs across different environments and configurations, ensuring the engineering team has the context they need to fix issues efficiently. - Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases covering both the open-source platform and Enterprise Edition features. - Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features and regression testing for existing functionality across each release cycle. - Collaborate with engineers to define acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and validate fixes before release. - Contribute to building and improving automated test coverage where applicable. - Track and report on quality metrics, test coverage, and recurring issue patterns to help the team prioritize improvements. Qualifications - Experience in software QA with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies. - Ability to read and interpret customer support tickets, often with incomplete information, and systematically reproduce issues. - Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration concepts: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or workflow automation tools. - Comfortable working with APIs, reading logs, and navigating distributed systems to trace issues. - Experience writing automated tests (for instance, in Java, Python, or TypeScript) and working with test frameworks. - Strong written communication in English. - Self-directed and detail-oriented. Requirements - Past experience in a QA role that involved direct interaction with customer-reported issues or support escalations. - Experience with open-source software or B2B SaaS platforms. - Familiarity with orchestration or workflow tools (Airflow, n8n, Terraform, Ansible, or similar). - Experience with performance testing or load testing for distributed systems. - Knowledge of Java (Kestra's core is written in Java). Benefits - Real ownership in a globally distributed, technical team. - Direct exposure to product strategy and company priorities. - A product used for mission-critical workloads — not demos. - Competitive compensation, equity, and health insurance.

Backend Engineer19 days ago

Role Description Kestra orchestrates workflows across systems and domains. AI agents and LLM-driven workflows are a growing part of that, and this role is about making sure they can run reliably inside the orchestrator. This is not a wrapper around a model API, but a platform orchestrating how agent steps should be run, retried, branched, and kept observable inside the orchestrator. That work happens in the Kestra core, which is Java. - Design and build the execution primitives for AI workflows in the Kestra engine - Build and maintain the plugins that connect Kestra to LLM providers and agent frameworks - Turn real agent use cases into reusable blueprints, together with the product team - Keep AI executions observable and debuggable to the same standard as the rest of Kestra Qualifications - A strong Java background. You have built and maintained production Java systems, not used Java in passing. - Hands-on experience with LangChain4j or a comparable Java agent framework - A clear mental model of how agentic systems are actually run: tool calls, state, retries, failure modes - Comfort working close to an orchestration engine, where correctness and reliability matter more than demos Requirements - Backend: Java, Micronaut - Frontend: Vue.js, Bootstrap - Datastore: Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MySQL - Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform - Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure - Tools: GitHub for repo management, actions, and issues Benefits - Work from anywhere: We’re a remote-first company, so you can work from wherever feels like home. Plus, you’ll have access to coworking spaces worldwide if you ever need a change of scenery. - Health coverage: From medical support, dental, and vision, we've got you covered. - Home office setup on us: We’ll provide all the equipment you need to work comfortably.

Role Description Kestra orchestrates workflows across systems and domains, and AI agents and LLM-driven workflows are a growing part of that. You will own the product side of AI workflows at Kestra: what we build and for whom. The job is to find the AI use cases worth supporting, validate them with customers, and shape them into product. You would work directly with the founders, the engineering team, and customer-facing colleagues. What you will do - Define the AI features, from use cases to roadmap planning - Run customer and prospect interviews to validate which AI workflows are worth building - Turn validated use cases into specs and reusable blueprints with the engineering team - Decide what we do not build, and say so clearly Qualifications - Real experience building AI or developer products, with examples you can talk through in depth - Strong product judgment: you can tell a serious use case from a flashy one - Technical fluency. You do not need to write the code, but you need to understand agents, orchestration, and integrations well enough to scope them. - Direct, low-fluff communication Benefits - Work from anywhere: We’re a remote-first company, so you can work from wherever feels like home. Plus, you’ll have access to coworking spaces worldwide if you ever need a change of scenery. - Health coverage: From medical support, dental, and vision, we've got you covered. - Home office setup on us: We’ll provide all the equipment you need to work comfortably. Company Description Kestra is the universal orchestration platform — open source, declarative, and designed to orchestrate data pipelines, IT automation, business workflows, and AI/agentic systems. The open-source project has close to 30,000 GitHub stars, hundreds of contributors, and a fast-growing global community. In March 2026, we closed a $25M Series A led by RTP Global, with participation from Alven, ISAI, and Axeleo – backed by founders from Datadog, dbt Labs, and Hugging Face.

Role Description Kestra orchestrates workflows across systems and domains, and AI agents and LLM-driven workflows are a growing part of that. This is a builder role. We want someone who can take an AI use case and build it end to end, from the Kestra engine through to the UI, and get it in front of users fast. Prototype use cases and turn the best ones into features and blueprints. If you are an unusually strong full-stack builder with real AI experience, we want to talk to you even if you do not fit a standard job box. - Build AI features end to end, backend and frontend - Prototype agent use cases quickly - Build the product surface (UI, blueprints, examples) that makes AI workflows usable in Kestra - Work closely with product and the backend team, with a short path from idea to released feature Qualifications - Strong full-stack engineering with Java on the backend - Frontend experience is a clear plus - Hands-on AI experience: you have built with AI and understand AI agents - A bias toward building and releasing, balanced with the judgment to know when a prototype is ready for production Requirements - Backend: Java, Micronaut - Frontend: Vue.js, Bootstrap - Datastore: Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MySQL - Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform - Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure - Tools: GitHub for repo management, actions, and issues Benefits - Work from anywhere: We’re a remote-first company, so you can work from wherever feels like home. Analyst20 days ago

Role Description Kestra is seeking a Director, Analyst Relations to build and lead our analyst relations program as the company scales into the enterprise. This is the senior-most analyst relations role at Kestra: you own the function, the firm relationships, and the budget behind them. You will shape how the analysts who influence enterprise orchestration decisions understand and position Kestra, across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, Omdia, and the firms enterprise buyers consult before they shortlist. You report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with the CEO and founders on how the company is perceived in the market. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports at the outset and the opportunity to build a team as the program matures. At this stage, the analyst narrative and the company narrative are one and the same. Universal orchestration is an emerging category, and the way analysts frame it is still taking shape. You will help define it and establish Kestra at its center, while protecting the developer credibility on which Kestra is built: the enterprise narrative must reach the economic buyer without compromising the trust of the open-source community. What You'll Do - Lead analyst engagement - Own and develop relationships with the analysts and firms covering orchestration, data, infrastructure and IT automation, and AIOps. - Manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions on a consistent cadence. - Own analyst firm contracts and budget, and direct how that investment is allocated. - Serve as the internal authority on each covering analyst's focus areas, perceptions, and engagement history. - Shape the narrative - Develop Kestra's analyst-facing narrative, aligned to company strategy, product direction, and go-to-market priorities. - Drive the category framing in analyst research, ensuring Kestra is represented in the evaluations most relevant to enterprise buyers. - Translate the product roadmap into a narrative that is credible to the economic buyer and respected by the technical practitioner. - Synthesize analyst conversations into intelligence on market shifts and competitive dynamics, and share it with the positioning, go-to-market, and product teams. - Manage evaluations and reports - Lead Kestra's participation in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, Market Guides, MarketScapes, and analyst Radars. - Own submissions, demonstrations, proof points, customer references, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. - Incorporate the feedback from each evaluation into stronger positioning for the next. - Enable executives and sales - Prepare executives for analyst interactions with briefing materials, anticipated questions, positioning guidance, and follow-up summaries. - Equip the sales organization with analyst validation — quotes, rankings, and proof points — for use in active enterprise opportunities. Qualifications - A proven track record of owning an analyst relations program end to end, including multiple Gartner Magic Quadrant and/or Forrester Wave cycles managed from submission through placement. Typically 7+ years in analyst relations or product marketing. - Established relationships with the analysts and firms that shape this market, including Gartner and Forrester. - Fluency in the enterprise infrastructure and data landscape — orchestration, automation, DevOps, or IT operations — and the analysts who cover it. - Exceptional writing: you turn technical depth into a narrative that holds up with both an economic buyer and a senior engineer. - Executive presence and sound judgment in preparing senior leaders for high-stakes analyst engagements, with the discipline to manage detailed evaluation processes directly. Benefits - Competitive compensation, performance bonus, and equity - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer-paid life and disability insurance - 401(k) - Fully remote, with home-office and equipment budget - Learning and conference budget - Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave Location - United States — Remote. Some travel to analyst summits, customer and industry events, and company off-sites. Equal Opportunity Kestra is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to an inclusive environment for everyone, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Developer Advocate, Infrastructure Orchestration

Kestra Technologies

At Kestra, we’re on a mission to make orchestration and automation simpler for everyone. Our open-source platform helps teams manage complex workflows with confidence, and we’re already making a big impact in businesses around the world. We embrace modern development tools, including AI assistants and coding agents, and we encourage engineers to leverage them to move faster, explore ideas, and improve productivity. At Kestra, we’re passionate about solving real-world challenges through orchestration and automation. We move fast, we learn constantly, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.

Role Description We're hiring a Developer Advocate dedicated to infrastructure orchestration. You'll work directly with the engineering and product team building Kestra's infrastructure orchestration capabilities, ship content that shows infrastructure teams what's possible, and become Kestra's public voice in this area. Your main output is content: - Blog posts - Walkthroughs - Reference architectures - Integration guides - YouTube videos showing how Kestra fits into the rest of an infrastructure stack The demos you record cover the operations that infrastructure teams run every day, for example: - VM lifecycle automation - Server patching - Ansible playbook orchestration - vSphere / VMware / Proxmox / Nutanix integrations - Terraform-driven workflows You'll build a dedicated Kestra Academy course for the infrastructure audience, covering: - Fundamentals (modeling ops workflows in Kestra) - Advanced patterns (long-running approval-gated workflows, multi-cloud provisioning, ITSM integration, ticket-gated execution) Webinars are a regular part of the role. Conferences are a nice-to-have on top: when a talk gets accepted at an event like HashiConf, AnsibleFest, KubeCon, or FOSDEM, you'd represent Kestra there. We're a small company and CFP acceptance isn't guaranteed, so this is an opportunity when it happens, not a fixed quota. You'll engage with the infrastructure community in Slack, GitHub, and Reddit, answering questions and bringing feedback back to the product team so it lands on the roadmap. You'll also train our sales and solution engineering teams on infrastructure use cases, and join customer calls when deep technical context helps. Qualifications - 2+ years working on infrastructure automation - Hands-on experience with one or more infrastructure orchestration platforms (for example, vRA, RunDeck, Spacelift, Terraform Cloud, Red Hat AAP / Ansible Tower, Puppet Enterprise, SaltStack Enterprise) - Strong technical depth - you can build and demo non-trivial flows yourself, and you're comfortable in YAML and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Go) - Public speaking and presentation skills - comfortable on camera, in webinars, and at conferences - Strong technical writing for an engineer audience - you speak the language of infrastructure engineers using Kestra - Comfort with self-direction - we're looking for someone who can spot a gap and fill it without waiting for a detailed spec or approval - A clear point of view - opinions about what makes infrastructure automation tools good or bad, and the ability to articulate Kestra's strengths Requirements - A prior Developer Advocate, Solutions Engineer, or technical evangelist role at an infrastructure or DevOps platform vendor (nice to have) - Experience running a YouTube channel or technical podcast (nice to have) - An existing audience in the infrastructure orchestration community (nice to have) Benefits - Real ownership of Kestra's infrastructure orchestration content and course - Direct exposure to product strategy in an open-core company - A product used for mission-critical workloads - Competitive compensation, equity, and health insurance

Influencer Marketing Manager

Kestra Technologies

At Kestra, we’re on a mission to make orchestration and automation simpler for everyone. Our open-source platform helps teams manage complex workflows with confidence, and we’re already making a big impact in businesses around the world. We embrace modern development tools, including AI assistants and coding agents, and we encourage engineers to leverage them to move faster, explore ideas, and improve productivity. At Kestra, we’re passionate about solving real-world challenges through orchestration and automation. We move fast, we learn constantly, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.

Kestra is the open-source orchestration platform, 30,000 GitHub stars, $36M raised, used by Bloomberg, JPMorgan, Toyota, Deutsche Telekom. We orchestrate infrastructure, data, AI, and business workflows from a single platform. We grew to enterprise scale through community and word of mouth. Now we need to accelerate. Developer influencer marketing is the highest-leverage paid channel in the open-source infrastructure space, and we're building the function from scratch. This is a hands-on, ownership role. You build the program, run it, and are accountable for its results. Your missions 1. Source and qualify creators → Map YouTube creators, newsletter authors, podcasters, community figures whose audiences are platform engineers, DevOps leads, infra builders, data teams, technical founders. → Build a scoring system: audience relevance, engagement quality, growth trajectory, content fit. Maintain a ranked prospect pipeline. → Tools: Social Blade, Passionfroot, GitHub/Discord/Twitter signals, internal recs. → Monitor who other infra/dev tools companies sponsor. What's working, what gaps exist. 2. Negotiate, structure, and close deals → Own end-to-end: first contact, rate negotiation, contract, invoicing (net-30), follow-up. → Build and maintain a CPM pricing model benchmarking fair value by channel size, engagement, and placement type. Update quarterly with real deal data. → Formats: pre-roll, mid-roll, end-roll, integrations, dedicated tutorials, multi-video packages. → Request examples of previous ad reads before committing. Quality of the read matters as much as the audience. 3. Brief creators and manage delivery → Develop a modular messaging kit: what Kestra is, what it solves, who it's for, how to start. Not a script, a toolkit creators actually want to use. → Maintain a library of video assets, product demos, in-app recordings for B-roll. → Set up unique UTM links per creator/campaign Enforce: link in top 3 lines, verbal CTA mentioning Kestra on sign-up. → Align placement timing with Product Marketing: launches, feature pushes, competitive moments. → Review every placement within 48h of going live. Flag issues, track delivery against brief. 4. Manage the relationship lifecycle → Active recording of all creator relationships deal history, performance, comms log, renewal dates. → Move top performers into recurring deals: quarterly packages, ambassador programs, co-created series. → Handle underperformers directly: renegotiate, adjust format, or end the partnership. Clear and professional. 5. Expand adjacent channels → Test technical newsletters, dev podcasts, sponsored community content beyond YouTube. → Explore co-marketing: joint webinars, live coding sessions, "build with Kestra" series. → Feed creator conversation insights back into Product and Marketing, what resonates, what confuses, what competitors are doing. 6. Build the playbook → Document everything: sourcing criteria, outreach templates, negotiation frameworks, briefing kits, dashboards, reporting cadences. → Build a self-serve onboarding flow so new partnerships spin up fast. How we measure results You own a dashboard. These are the numbers on it: CPM (Cost per 1,000 views): Negotiate rates, pick efficient channels, cut underperformers. Sessions (Unique visits from UTM links Link placement): CTA quality, audience relevance. Sign-ups (Accounts via UTM or self-reported mention): Messaging quality, audience fit, creator authenticity. Conversion (Sessions → sign-ups %): Brief quality, landing page, targeting. Budget ROI (Spend vs. pipeline influenced): Portfolio mix, negotiation, doubling down on. winners Repeat rate (% of creators who renew): Relationship quality, fair dealing, good briefs. Who you are Not a generic marketing hire. We're looking for a specific type of person. Background — one or more of these: → Agency vet: you ran influencer campaigns for tech or SaaS clients at a talent, media, or creator-focused agency. You know how to manage 20 partnerships at once and keep quality high. → Creator platform alumni:You understand the mechanics from the platform side and want to operate from the brand side. → Tech influencer world native: you were a creator yourself, managed creators, or worked in DevRel running sponsorship programs. → Dev tools operator: you did influencer or developer marketing at an open-source or dev tools company and saw what works firsthand. Skills and instincts: → You know the dev/tech influencer landscape cold. → You think in funnels, not impressions. Views are nice, sign-ups are the point. → You're organized. CRM, budget tracker, content calendar, reporting template. → You write briefs that creators actually want to read. Clear, short, no jargon. → Comfortable async in a distributed international team. You don't need to be managed day-to-day. Bonus: → You've used orchestration, CI/CD, or infra tools. Don't need to be a data engineer, but can hold a conversation with one. → Existing network of tech creators or creator managers. → Experience with PostHog, Dub, Hubspot, Common Room, Google Analytics and attribution tools.

Program Manager91 days ago

About the Role Kestra is one of the fastest-growing open-source orchestration platforms, but in the communities where developers make their tooling decisions, we're still largely absent. Reddit threads, Hacker News discussions, Discord servers, LinkedIn debates, Stack Overflow questions: that's where engineers evaluate tools like Kestra, and we want to show up there the right way. We're looking for someone who genuinely lives in developer communities, not someone we need to convince to spend time there, but someone who already does because they love it. Your mission is to make Kestra a trusted, respected voice in the conversations that matter to our users and future users. This is a Developer Relations role at its core. Not marketing. Not sales. The goal is to be useful, credible, and present, and to contribute real value to the communities we're part of. What You'll Do Be Present Where Developers Are - Engage authentically across Hacker News, Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Medium, Discord, Stack Overflow, and GitHub in discussions around workflow orchestration, data engineering, infrastructure automation, and open-source tooling - Answer questions, share knowledge, and contribute to conversations because that's the job, not a side effect of it - Identify the communities and topics where Kestra has the most to contribute and build a genuine presence there over time Create Content That Earns Its Place - Partner with Product Marketing, DevRel, and Product teams to surface and highlight use cases, comparisons, and explainers in the right communities at the right time - Contribute to subreddits, HN threads, LinkedIn posts, and Medium publications as an expert, not a promoter - Use AI tools to move fast without sacrificing technical accuracy or depth Connect the Community to the Product - Surface community feedback, recurring questions, and pain points to the product and engineering teams - Help internal engineers and developer advocates find the right venues to share their work when it's genuinely relevant - Build relationships with technical content creators (YouTubers, bloggers, newsletter writers) who cover the orchestration and data space What We're Looking For - Technical depth: you understand orchestration, data pipelines, and infrastructure well enough to be taken seriously by senior engineers - Community native: you've built real credibility in developer communities, not just a follower count - Platform fluency: you know how Hacker News, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and Discord each work, and you adapt accordingly - Strong written English: precise, technical, readable; French is a plus - Creator mindset: you can spot an opportunity, write something useful, and ship it the same day - Familiarity with tools like Common Room or social listening platforms is a plus - Hands-on experience with Kestra, Airflow, Vmware or similar tools is a strong bonus Why This Role Exists We've done the analysis: Kestra comes up constantly in the conversations developers have when choosing their orchestration stack, and we're rarely part of those conversations. We want to change that by hiring someone who can represent Kestra with technical authority and genuine enthusiasm. What We Offer - Competitive salary (full-time) or freelance day rate - Fully remote, async-first culture - Real ownership: you'll define and build this function from scratch - Direct collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing teams - The tools and autonomy to experiment and iterate fast - An in-house real-time monitoring tool we've already built that surfaces every relevant mention and conversation across all platforms, so you can focus on engaging rather than hunting for topics To apply: Send your CV, your online presence, and a short note on which community you'd tackle first for Kestra and how.

Brand & UI Designer

Kestra Technologies

At Kestra, we’re on a mission to make orchestration and automation simpler for everyone. Our open-source platform helps teams manage complex workflows with confidence, and we’re already making a big impact in businesses around the world. We embrace modern development tools, including AI assistants and coding agents, and we encourage engineers to leverage them to move faster, explore ideas, and improve productivity. At Kestra, we’re passionate about solving real-world challenges through orchestration and automation. We move fast, we learn constantly, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.

About Kestra Kestra is the open-source declarative orchestration platform that simplifies complex data workflows and business processes. We bridge the gap between engineering and business logic, allowing teams to build, scale, and monitor their pipelines with ease. As we scale our Enterprise offering, we are looking for a technical powerhouse who can guide our customers from their first POC to long-term architectural success. In March 2026, we closed a $25M Series A led by RTP Global, with participation from Alven, ISAI, and Axeleo – backed by founders from Datadog, dbt Labs, and Hugging Face. The Role We’re looking for a versatile Brand & UI Designer based in Europe to join our senior design team. Kestra is a technical product, and we believe our brand should reflect that sophistication. This is a role for a designer who loves to jump between a Figma design system, a high-conversion landing page, and a brand identity project. You’ll work closely with the Founding Designer and the UX Designer. Your job is to ensure that everything Kestra ships — from a new feature in the dashboard to a blog post visual or a physical booth at a conference — is visually stunning and technically precise. What You'll Do 1 — High-Conversion Web & Technical Storytelling You are responsible for the design of our landing pages and marketing site. Your goal is twofold: maximize conversion while using design to simplify and visualize extremely technical concepts (pipelines as code, event-driven orchestration, AI agents). You know how to transform a complex architecture into a crystal-clear visual that makes an engineer say "Eureka" at a glance. 2 — Support Product UI & Design System Work hand-in-hand with the UX Designer to polish the Kestra interface. You’ll design custom icons, refine UI components, and maintain our Figma Design System to ensure a seamless visual language between the marketing site and the product. 3 — Evolve the Brand Identity Maintain and expand Kestra's visual language across all digital channels. You ensure consistency in our typography, color theory, and layout across social media, slide decks, and product release materials. 4 — Design Physical Touchpoints As a "couteau suisse", you’ll occasionally handle our physical presence: designing premium merch and thinking through the spatial layout and signage of our event booths. You know how to make the brand live in a physical space. What We're Looking For Must-have - Dual Portfolio: Strong experience in UI Design (web/interfaces focus on conversion) AND Brand/Graphic design. - Technical Storytelling: A rare ability to "translate" complex features into simple, high-impact diagrams or interfaces. - Figma Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of components, variables, and auto-layout. - Technical Literacy: You have a taste for clean, technical aesthetics. You understand the web's building blocks (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with frontend engineers. - Autonomy: You thrive in a remote-first, async environment. You take a brief and run with it, from first draft to final asset delivery. Strong plus - Spatial Thinking: Ability to conceptualize a booth layout or physical branding for events. - Iconography: A talent for creating custom, pixel-perfect icon sets. - Open Source DNA: Experience working with developer-tooling brands or OSS communities. Why Join Kestra? - Remote-First: Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. - High Impact: You’ll be one of the first hires in this department, helping define the "Field Engineering" playbook. - Open Source: We believe in the power of community. Your work will be visible and impactful to thousands of users globally. - Modern Stack: Work with the latest in cloud-native technologies, AI agents, and high-performance orchestration.
