Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with high resilience
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
