Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles
- Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies
- Native or fluent proficiency in German and English
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments
- Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities
- Strong writing and communication skills.

Key Requirements: - Sales Performance: Endeavour to achieve and exceed the allocated monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in your designated territory and product responsibility. - Territory Planning: Develop and maintain a territory plan that logically groups your farmers into an efficient geographical and opportunity pipeline. Understanding of local influencers, veterinarians and nutritionists who are key influencers for your core target audience – dairy farmers. - Organization & Time Management: stay on track when completing their daily tasks. Having this competency can help keep individuals on task throughout the sales process. Time management also involves planning for future sales, special occasions and other events that may impact your sales. - Account Management: Maintain a positive relationship and account plans that provide clear understanding of key influencers, sales opportunity status and insights to opportunities.
