Sales Representative

HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally

Role Description - Drive new business acquisition through strategic cold outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn) within the US market. - Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients. - Develop and maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations. - Close deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. - Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in B2B technology sales (SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, or IT services). - Proven track record of achieving 100% of sales quota for at least two consecutive quarters. - Demonstrated ability to independently source, nurture, and close new business opportunities (hunter profile). - Experience closing $300K–$750K+ in new B2B revenue annually (or equivalent proportional performance for contract roles). - Ability to generate 10–20+ qualified meetings per month, or 2–3 new opportunities per week through cold outreach. - Experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($25K–$50K+). - Hands-on experience selling SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft solutions, or IT services. - Excellent communication skills with a neutral or US-facing accent. This role involves managing customer communications, maintaining records, assisting with reporting and coordination.
