• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs comprised of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. • Define program and project scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with executives and business sponsors. • Build and maintain program roadmaps and plans, identifying milestones, critical paths, interdependencies, and resource requirements. • Drive governance across programs, establishing frameworks, metrics, and processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles within complex, multi‑business environments.
  • Professional certifications such as PgMP®, PMP®, PMI‑ACP®, or SAFe® Agile strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level understanding of program and project management methodologies, operational processes, and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira Align).
