• The GWAC and Growth Program Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle of one or more assigned government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs), multiple award contracts (MACs), or agency-wide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicles. • The role serves as the single named point of contact for the contracting agency, the company's contracting officer, and internal stakeholders for everything related to the assigned vehicles. • The GWAC and Growth Program Manager owns two interlocking domains: business development and contracts management. • On the business development side, the role drives the conversion of vehicle access into awarded task orders by building pipeline, managing customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and supporting capture and proposal teams with writing and pricing support. • On the contracts management side, the role administers vehicle-level contract actions, negotiates modifications, manages compliance and reporting, and oversees teaming and subcontract relationships.
• Participate in managing all P&W environmental programs. • With a heavy focus on Air Compliance Management. • Program management includes a focus on associated procedures necessary to ensure global compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, Corporate/RTX and Pratt & Whitney environmental goals and policies. • This includes developing strategies and tools to proactively minimize and mistake proof regulatory compliance risks including onsite support at our Pratt & Whitney facilities globally. • Provide subject matter expert review of permit-related documentation such as permit applications, modifications, and renewals to ensure legal requirements of the permit can be met. • Review and assist in the preparation of regulatory reports as necessary for submittal to various regulatory government agencies prior to certifying compliance. • Provide hands-on, in-person regulatory compliance guidance and support to EH&S facility personnel and senior leadership. • Communicate and share knowledge with the global P&W community of new regulatory requirements impacting our Sites and emerging technologies to promote compliance and a sustainable environment that prevents and minimizes conditions that produce waste. • Provide assistance to our Sites in maintaining an accurate and current EH&S reporting database to manage data quality and compliance. • Estimated travel (domestic and internationally) approximately 35-50% of the time.
