Land Management Officer

Role Description Vous traitez tous les sujets liés à la gestion foncière sur le territoire du District, notamment : - Assistance aux bornages - Émission d'avis sur les demandes d'alignement - Inventaire des parcelles du domaine public dans une base foncière régulièrement mise à jour - Travail avec SPT/CPR sur les propositions de redécoupage, de déclassement, de vente ou de rétrocessions - Organisation de réunions avec les communes, communautés de communes, communautés urbaines et villes - Appui du chef de district pour les enjeux territoriaux en relation avec les DDTM, DREAL - Reprise des conventions avec les différentes sections de Wateringues dans les départements du Nord et du Pas-de-Calais - Identification des parcelles sous gestion DIR assujetties à la taxation - Mise à jour des surfaces taxées et identification des gestionnaires concernés - Vérification des factures - Garantie du respect de la loi sur l'eau dans les chantiers régis ou sous-traités - Liaison avec les services de la DDTM et du SPT - Assistance quotidienne aux Centres d'Entretien et d'intervention (CEI) sur les compensations environnementales - Interlocuteur privilégié de la cellule développement durable de la DIR Nord - Commandes des différents diagnostics et rédaction des dossiers d'abattage - Inventaire du patrimoine arboré et suivi des actions compensatoires - Participation à l'astreinte Responsable d'intervention sécurité et viabilité hivernale - Poste situé au sein du pôle technique du District Littoral, sous la responsabilité directe du chef de District et de son adjoint - Travail quotidien avec le pôle administratif du District, les chefs de CEI et les services support de la DIR Nord - Remplacement et missions des autres techniciens du pôle technique Qualifications - Compétences techniques dans l'exploitation routière, la gestion du domaine public, l'hygiène et la sécurité, les marchés publics - Compétences transversales dans la conduite de projet et l'animation de groupes de travail - Connaissances des structures administratives des services de l'état (DDTM, DREAL, Préfecture, sous-préfecture, Domaines, Cadastre) - Savoir travailler en équipe, avoir le sens de la communication, être réactif et avoir un bon contact avec les partenaires - Savoir prendre des décisions en urgence en dehors des heures de service Éléments de candidature Documents à transmettre : - Envoi du CV et d'une lettre de motivation est obligatoire Personnes à contacter Email : stephane.mille@developpement-durable.gouv.fr
