Chief Operating Officer
Hire Overseas
• Manage and lead the internal recruitment and operations team • Set performance expectations and accountability structures • Improve hiring, onboarding, and internal processes • Build clarity across roles, KPIs, and execution priorities • Run sales calls with startup founders and business owners • Improve sales scripts, positioning, and closing processes • Oversee pipeline management and conversion tracking • Ensure revenue targets are met consistently • Identify bottlenecks across sourcing, vetting, and client delivery • Implement structured systems for quality control and turnaround time • Drive operational efficiency across distributed teams • Monitor metrics across recruitment performance and client satisfaction • Translate high-level vision into operational execution • Evaluate pricing, positioning, and service structure • Identify expansion opportunities in new markets or service lines • Act as the primary internal decision-maker across daily operations
Job Requirements
- 6+ years** of professional experience with at least several years in management roles
- Proven experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage distributed teams
- Experience running sales calls and closing B2B service deals
- Commercial mindset with comfort owning revenue targets
- Systems thinker who can build structure in fast-moving environments
- Clear and confident communicator
- Strong execution focus with a bias toward action

- Technical background or strong technical fluency
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent marketplaces
- Experience managing P and L responsibility
- Prior experience scaling a remote-first company
