You will automate the build, test, and deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software delivery. - Cloud Computing Platforms: Strong knowledge, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, on at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing these environments for high availability and scalability. - Containerization and Orchestration: Over 3+ years of hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. This is essential for packaging, deploying, and managing applications in a consistent and scalable manner. - Monitoring and Logging: 3+ years of expertise in setting up and managing monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack. You will track system performance, availability, and security to proactively identify and resolve issues. - Scripting and Automation: At least 3+ years of proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and create custom tools. This skill is crucial for improving efficiency and reducing manual errors in our operations. We're Even More Excited If You Have: - Experience with DevSecOps Principles: Familiarity with integrating security practices within the CI/CD pipeline. Experience with security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, trivy, or similar) and a mindset of "shifting security left" to identify and address vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle is highly desirable. - Knowledge of Database Management: Understanding of database administration, performance tuning, and scaling for both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases. Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled DevOps Developer to join our Product Primary Data team. In this role, you'll be a key player in building, automating, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our MDM solutions. You'll work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure, focusing on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to accelerate our development cycles. Key Responsibilities - Build and Automate: Design, develop, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of our MDM applications and data solutions. - Manage Platform: Help manage our platform, including configuration, monitoring, support and security. - Collaborate and Support: Work closely with software developers and data engineers to troubleshoot issues and optimize their workflows. You'll be a go-to resource for technical support related to our DevOps tools and processes. - Enhance Performance: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability. You'll help us fine-tune our systems for optimal performance. - Promote Best Practices: Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices, including version control, automated testing, and continuous monitoring. Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field - 3+ years of development experience as an IT professional on one or more of the following platforms/methodologies: Oracle, Informatica MDM, OIC, Mulesoft, APIs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude. - Agile Methodology Experience.
