Regional Marketing Director – APJ
Yubico
• Lead the development and execution of strategic field marketing plans in the APJ region, aligning with the sales leaders on their goals and initiatives and focusing on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion. • Collaborate closely and regularly with the APJ channel sales team on GTM initiatives with channel partners. • Manage, build and maintain relationships with key channel partners in the region. • Plan and execute regional in-person activities including trade shows, roundtables and unique hosted experiences both with partners and without), ensuring effective pre-event, on-site, and post-event strategies. • Track the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts by analyzing SFDC data and gathering qualitative feedback from the field in an effort to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and key stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing opportunities. • Work closely with members of the marketing team to develop or leverage compelling content, collateral, campaigns and sales tools to support field marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Based in Singapore
- 10+ years of experience in an APJ field marketing role (2+ years of cybersecurity industry experience is a plus), and at least 3 - 5 years of experience working with channel partners
- Self-starter who can work independently with the ability to execute flawlessly
- Strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel along within APJ 20% of the time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; Japanese language proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, and WordPress systems is a plus
