This includes ensuring that we are utilizing standard processes for all regions/countries that are on Oracle Fusion. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: • Reporting to the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer – Head of Global Center of Excellence, the VP, Global Compliance Investigations plays a key strategic leadership role within Fresenius Medical Care’s (FME’s) Compliance organization. The role leads a global team of compliance & investigations professionals, liaising with key stakeholders across businesses regarding critical investigations as well as compliance leaders, projects, and processes. This leader is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance investigations globally, including intake, triage, scoping, execution, documentation, remediation, and closure, as well as oversight of data trending and root cause analyses.
