Corporate Finance Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for our client. This remote position involves managing FP&A processes, investment analysis, treasury oversight, and executive reporting while supporting leadership with data-driven financial insights. What You'll Do • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across all departments • Build financial models for valuation, ROI analysis, and investment decisions • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity monitoring • Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations • Conduct variance analysis and provide written commentary on performance • Partner with operations, sales, and product teams on financial strategy • Supervise and mentor financial analysts and junior team members • Support M&A activities, due diligence, and investor relations • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal controls • Monitor debt covenants and coordinate with banking partners What We're Looking For • 5+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis) • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting • Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred • Experience with M&A transactions and capital raising is a plus • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred • SaaS or professional services industry experience is beneficial What We Offer • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling • U.S. client business hours with accommodation for month-end cycles • Opportunity to work with executive leadership and board-level reporting • Professional development through mentoring and strategic finance exposure • Competitive compensation package • Career growth opportunities in corporate finance and FP&A
