About the Role This is a specialist-level position within the professional career stream, primarily operating as an individual contributor. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Strategic Growth & Lead Generation - Own and drive lead generation strategy across B2B channels with a focus on scalable high-quality demand - Develop and execute marketing initiatives that convert partnerships and programs into measurable pipeline and revenue - Identify new growth channels and evaluate opportunities for customer acquisition and expansion within insurance and healthcare divisions - B2B Partnerships & Alliances - Proactively identify, pursue and structure strategic partnerships with companies serving complementary or overlapping audiences across insurance healthcare and regulated services - Design and implement partnership models (co-marketing referrals, bundled offerings, content collaborations, platform integrations etc.) - Negotiate and manage partnership agreements ensuring alignment of incentives and clear performance expectations - Act as the primary executive-level relationship owner for key partners - Executive-Level Engagement - Represent the company in conversations with senior executives (CEOs, CMOs, CROs, founders and VPs) - Demonstrate strong judgment and discretion in evaluating opportunities, tradeoffs and brand alignment - Serve as a trusted internal partner to leadership on growth strategy, market positioning and partnership prioritization - Autonomous Execution & Ownership - Operate independently with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment with company objectives - Build, manage and optimize programs end-to-end—from concept through execution and measurement - Track, analyze and report performance metrics related to leads partnerships and ROI Skills/Abilities: - Operates with executive-level maturity and accountability - Comfortable owning outcomes not just programs - Strategic commercially minded and disciplined in execution - Credible polished and trusted by senior stakeholders - Focused on results leverage and long-term value creation Education and Experience: - 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development partnerships or growth roles (B2B preferred) - Prior experience in insurance and/or healthcare required with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, buyer behavior and regulatory considerations - Proven track record of generating leads and revenue through partnerships and strategic marketing initiatives - Demonstrated ability to operate confidently and effectively in executive-level settings - Strong business judgment with the ability to assess strategic fit risk and long-term value - Experience structuring partnerships with companies that share similar target audiences - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills - Highly self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-moving environments Financial Responsibilities (budget revenue): - This position has budget responsibility authority and/or level of control. Physical Requirements: Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
