To thrive in this role, you need to have: - Must have 10+years of presales experience - A deep understanding of network protocols, AI, topologies, and security. - Proficiency in routing and switching, wireless networks, and IP addressing. - Knowledge of IoT, big DATA, network management, quality of service, virtualization, and cloud computing. - Familiarity with key vendor subscription models such as Cisco EA 3.0. - Professional experience in software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure within a large-scale technology services environment. - Experience in project management methodologies and network management, including fault and performance management systems. - Extensive client engagement skills and technical consulting abilities. - The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
