Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategy, and deployment workflows. - Build, configure, and optimize Gearset CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and validations. - Maintain Git branching strategy, version control hygiene, and merge processes. - Perform pre‑deployment impact analysis, resolve metadata conflicts, and ensure deployment quality. - Monitor pipeline performance, automate regression checks, and ensure compliant release practices. Key Responsibilities - Lead architecture, design, and end‑to‑end technical delivery on Salesforce Platform. - Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events. - Implement and optimize Experience Cloud portals (customer/partner communities). - Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.). - Enable AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT) within business workflows and Experience Cloud. - Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
