3Si Security Systems
Role Description The Bureau Chief (BC) is considered the primary liaison for engaging 3Si’s law enforcement partners and our Tracking Support Agencies. BC’s primary focus is to ensure that our Tracking Support Agencies have received, or have access to, training for response to 3Si’s crime events. The BC is responsible for the immediate supervision and coordination of work for FT, PT or Consultants that perform training events within their geographic areas of responsibility. Primary Responsibilities - Identify and facilitate Law Enforcement Training - Provide leadership to their FT and PT staff regarding 3SI’s mission - Conduct and facilitate Crime Event Follow Up’s - Facilitating sales leads for Covert line of products to the AE’s - Manage travel and manpower expenditures for their Bureau - Attend Trade Shows and Training Conferences promoting 3SI’s Brand - Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director or Sr. VP, LED. Qualifications - 10-years of Law Enforcement experience including criminal investigations and the use and deployment of surveillance systems including GPS technology - 5-years of experience within a supervisory leadership role including leading groups or teams and coordinating scheduling and budgets. - Primary residence within the geographic area of responsibility (assignment) Requirements - Strong collaboration and leadership skills towards developing a team - Ability to adapt to changing Division priorities and goals - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to create & deliver training in a clear and understandable manner - Strong ability in time management and multitask projects - High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability starting on your first day - 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match - Remote (reports to Malvern, PA office; travel within the US Central Region is required) - Preferred Candidate Location: Central US or Pennsylvania - Standard business hours for this role are Monday - Friday - 30% of travel required
