• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to frame business problems and identify where data science and analytics can drive the most impact. • Develop and deploy data science models (e.g., LTV prediction, churn/retention modeling, propensity scoring, forecasting) to inform growth and operational decisions. • Perform high-impact exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and move quickly on strategic decisions. • Work closely with Analytics Engineering to translate business needs into scalable datasets, feature sets, and production-ready models. • Help define and standardize key business metrics, ensuring alignment between analytical outputs and modeled insights. • Contribute to the rollout and adoption of our dbt project and BI tooling, ensuring models and analyses are built on reliable, well-structured data. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that complement and operationalize data science insights. • Design, analyze, and interpret experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate product, marketing, and lifecycle initiatives. • Investigate performance changes, diagnose root causes, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. • Help establish best practices for data science and analytics as we scale the function. • Work with data and engineering partners to ensure analytical work is built on scalable, reliable data models.

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions for audience targeting, lookalike generation, and individual propensity scoring • Own the complete ML lifecycle - from exploratory analysis and experimentation all the way through production deployment and operational monitoring • Develop and ship production ML systems spanning self-supervised representation learning, vector similarity search, and supervised classifiers • Leverage distributed computing (Spark/Databricks) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake) to build and run production ML pipelines at scale • Ensure model quality through rigorous evaluation practices: from embedding validation and retrieval quality to supervised model calibration and production monitoring • Engineer features at scale from demographic, behavioral, and identity data — including handling missing values, encoding strategies, and pipeline-level data quality validation • Contribute ML logic directly into shared production services, working alongside data engineering, software engineering, and product teams

You will make an impact: As a Senior Clinical Data Manager (Sr. CDM) you will independently act as a study lead and are responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and management of clinical trial database(s) for assigned projects through the full data management process life cycle. You are viewed as the CDM expert and will serve as the primary liaison between eClinical personnel and Sponsor personnel. You will create and oversee the database design specifications, validation, maintenance/data cleaning, and closeout activities of project-specific clinical trial databases. As a Senior Clinical Data Manager, you may delegate tasks/responsibilities to multiple team members in multiple projects. You will provide ongoing project oversight to ensure proper planning and timely completion of high-quality Sponsor deliverables.
