The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of general administrative duties. The company offers a family-oriented work environment. Position: Market Administration Coordinator The Market Administration Coordinator (MAC) at the highest level responsible for managing complex administrative needs for a given field team. The MAC ensures efficient operations by managing clinician calendars, driving staff productivity, and providing administrative support to key Pod leaders (MPE, MM, CPL). The primary duties of this role include optimization of clinician calendars to meet the current needs and strategic priorities of the Pod, including engagement, PHDV completion, or treatment visits. An indicator of success for the MAC is meeting overall clinician productivity targets. Day-to-day, the MAC operates with agility to optimize same-day calendar availability and create or adjust visits as needed. They also should support the delegation of forward-looking scheduling. Daily review of visit dashboards and reporting is critical to the MAC’s success. The MAC must be extremely organized and detail oriented. This individual will be responsible for tracking and providing analytics to regional leaders on staff productivity and utilization. The MAC will work closely with their market and general managers to support initiatives within their assigned area. The MAC is a leader within their assigned area will need to interface with clinicians daily to support operations and drive productivity. Responsibilities - Review weekly and day-of calendars and take action to optimize staff utilization (scheduling new visits, rescheduling inefficient visits, shifting visit ownership, confirming visits, directly outreach to patients where needed) - Provide administrative support to the team, such as monitoring and responding to Teams chats with staff for incoming clinician scheduling requests or confirming Doxy capability with members - Measure, track and report out on staff productivity and utilization and proactively identify team members that are underperformers and outliers. - Assist with onboarding duties for new hires on team, particularly in optimizing schedules to allow for training opportunities and visit ramping - Coordinate scheduling updates between field based clinical team members and centralized scheduling team members. - May call patients directly to book, reschedule or confirm visits. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Position Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management, managed care, and/or home health environment. - For bachelor’s prepared, prior experience in the healthcare industry, e.g., healthcare management, managed care, and/or home health environment is preferred. - Prior experience analyzing performance and productivity metrics required. - Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience is preferred. - Proven accountability for performance outcomes and exceptional organization skills. - Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities. - Demonstrated verbal, written, and visual communication skills. - This position is remote but may require 25% travel within their given market.
