• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Principal and upper division leadership team • Perform a variety of clerical duties to support daily school operations • Handle internal and external correspondence/communication with discretion and accuracy • Schedule and coordinate meetings • Distribute correspondence promptly • Assist staff, students, and parents with professionalism and courtesy • Prepare and submit purchase orders and vendor invoices • Serve as a liaison between the High School teams and Enrollment Department • Generate reports and prepare documents for school level projects • Attend virtual and in-person department, school or district meetings as required • Maintain a courteous, businesslike, and professional demeanor
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of working in a school or office setting required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Google Suite
