The Impact of a Sr. HRIS Analyst at Coupa: This HRIS Analyst will work with HR systems to provide end-user support, test system changes, analyze data, and make a recommendation for process improvement. This position is responsible for report development, application administration, support, and maintenance for all global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who has well-developed analytical and functional skills to join a team that is passionate about working together with cross-functional groups to achieve fantastic results. What You'll Do: - Provide HRIS technical oversight, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, system configuration, integrations, data conversion, and testing execution - Collaborate with IT to manage system feeds and ensure alignment with downstream applications - Conduct comprehensive system audits across HCM areas (security, system setup, compensation, open enrollment, performance management) - Develop and deliver training and standard operating procedures to support system functionality and operational excellence - Perform root cause analysis and resolve production environment issues while ensuring global data integrity through quality control processes - Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and system enhancements, including coding based on technical and functional documentation What You Will Bring to Coupa: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, or a related field - 4+ years of HRIS experience, including ATS, performance management, LMS, and payroll systems (Ceridian Dayforce a plus) - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint - Knowledge of XML and SQL, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience managing projects and supporting end-to-end global HR technology initiatives - Strong understanding of HR systems, reporting, dashboards, and documentation across requirements, design, development, and testing #LI-Remote #LI-TC1 Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
