Role Description We are looking for a Lead Onchain Data Analyst who feels comfortable owning the entire data and analytics function, from building dashboards and KPI frameworks to informing growth strategy across the protocol. This role suits someone who has already worked with on-chain data in a DeFi-native environment and who enjoys translating complex protocol metrics into actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams. Experience in the restaking or liquid staking space is a strong plus and will help you navigate the data, the mechanics, and the conversations around protocol performance. As the Staff Data Analyst on the Servicing Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in influencing Upstart’s success.
