Commercial Lines Account Manager
ReSource Pro
• Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks • Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement • Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients • Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients • Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks • Lead day-to-day customer interactions • Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues • Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Central time zone to accommodate client
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
- Experience working in Agency Management System required
- Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with small to medium sized clients. Collaborate with multiple divisions and functions to coordinate the timeline of events and activities. Utilize CRM (Salesforce and ChurnZero) to keep track of key account data, activities, opportunities, and relevant notes. • Display great organization skills and great attention to detail.
