Supervisory Immigration Program Analyst
Employment and Training Administration
Role Description This position is located in the United States Department of Labor (Department or DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). OFLC provides national leadership and policy guidance to carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). - Provide leadership, direction and oversight designed to support the OFLC's delegated authority from the Secretary of Labor as authorized under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). - Manage workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs; provide day-to-day direction to Federal employees on case adjudication; answer questions regarding policies, procedures, and regulations; contribute to the development of guidance related to OFLC program operations. - Develop and maintain long and short-term strategic planning to facilitate the achievements of the Agency's mission and to improve performance consistent with key organizational policies and priorities and economic, political, and social trends affecting the organization. - Develop and administer protocols for the effective supervision of one or more OFLC programs in a high-volume production environment; plan effective teamwork and set priorities; analyze and summarize statistics based on large sets of production data; perform ongoing evaluation of the quantity and quality of OFLC case adjudications. - Represent ETA and DOL in both formal and informal meetings, conferences, briefing, etc. which involve the presentation or discussion of OFLC programmatic decisions and analyses, recommendations, and decisions. - Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned OFLC Programs and provide timely responses for technical assistance from multiple parties, including Federal employees, OFLC supervisors, OFLC senior management, OFLC National Office and other stakeholders. - Apply complex legal opinions and case law to case adjudications; work with the Department's Employment and Training Legal Services, OFLC National Office, and OFLC senior management team, as needed, to resolve complex legal questions related to case adjudication; prepare and track administrative appeals filed with the Board of Alien Labor Certification (BALCA) or Administrative Law Judges (ALJs); and implement adjudicatory decisions rendered by BALCA or ALJ to case-specific facts. - Interpret and apply various provisions contained in the INA as they relate to OFLC programs; possess familiarity with the immigration-related functions for the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, and State workforce Agencies; official correspondence. Qualifications - You must meet the Specialized Experience to qualify for Supervisory Immigration Program Analyst, as described below. - GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. - Specialized Experience is experience in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled, and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. - Applicant must meet ALL examples of the specialized experience as described below: - Experience applying immigration and/or other similar employment related federal regulations and policies; - Experience functioning as a liaison or ombudsman between public program office and customers; - Experience functioning as a senior level subject matter expert in employment-related immigration law. - IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC, WE WILL NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS REGARDING YOUR EXPERIENCE. • Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, adversary activity, and global threat trends • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from a variety of technical and open sources to produce actionable intelligence • Support tracking of threat actor infrastructure, campaigns, and evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) • Monitor and assess Chinese-language sources to identify relevant threat activity and insights • Contribute to high-quality intelligence reporting for internal and external stakeholders • Assist in identifying and developing indicators and detection opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other intelligence, engineering, and data science teams • Continuously develop technical expertise and stay current on evolving threat landscapes and tradecraft

Overview GovCIO is seeking a Health IT Informatics Analyst to support complex healthcare technology initiatives through clinical workflow analysis, health IT requirements development, and informatics leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and operational leaders to ensure healthcare technology solutions are aligned with real-world care delivery and system usability. The Lead Health IT Informatics Analyst will play a critical role in translating clinical and operational needs into actionable requirements, supporting system configuration and validation activities, and ensuring the quality and consistency of informatics deliverables across initiatives.
