Serve as a trusted executive partner to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders, translating business plans into operational reality and sustained financial performance. Establish, refine, and enforce enterprise operating standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks that drive NOI growth, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction. Bring a sophisticated financial lens to operations, including deep involvement in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance diagnostics. Maintain expert‑level understanding of macroeconomic factors, capital markets, regulatory environments, submarket dynamics, and competitive trends impacting the multifamily industry. Anticipate challenges before they surface, providing clear, decisive counsel and actionable solutions to executive leadership and ownership groups. Champion innovation and continuous improvement, challenging legacy thinking while ensuring operational discipline and scalability. Partner with Business Development and clients to identify, secure, and onboard new business, including leading high‑stakes pitches, client discussions, and portfolio transitions. Act as a culture carrier for BH, modeling leadership presence, humility, accountability, and appreciation for the contributions of teams at every level. Travel approximately 60%, or as needed, to support markets, clients, and business priorities. Other duties as assigned. You Have 15+ years of experience in multifamily real estate operations, with a demonstrated ability to lead geographically diverse portfolios.
