• Engineers and manages the installation of a variety of RoBAT systems and leads the implementation of regular maintenance strategies at customer sites. • Provides specialized technical consultation and remote support, independently determining the necessary course of action for complex system failures. • Analyzes case data to identify trends and provides engineering reports for each on-site and remote support case. • Manages inventory strategies and forecasts spare parts requirements both on and off-site. • Develops and implements feedback to innovate processes and technical documentation. • Provides training and technical orientation to customer engineering teams on system architecture and operation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or minimum of four (4) years of related experience in the Printed Circuit Board industry.
  • Proven ability to apply advanced engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve high-level system malfunctions.
  • Ability to travel to/from Mexico and the U.S. on a regular basis; must posses a valid passport book or passport card.
  • Must posses a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to provide written and verbal communication clearly, professionally, and promptly.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Advanced analytical troubleshooting ability and the capacity to make independent engineering decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Experience in interacting with customers is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and modify schematics and mechanical drawings is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
