• The Field Applications Engineer (Fluid Dispensing) is the customer-facing engineer for demos, system buyoffs, system/process development, and troubleshooting. • Customer interactions include pre-sales support, machine demonstration and buyoffs, and post-sales support, which includes troubleshooting. • Being responsible for customer support calls, customer process evaluations, and preparing evaluation reports based on the tests, and configuring systems to be quoted. • Providing solutions to machine issues and interact with customers for higher level process support.

• Engineers and manages the installation of a variety of RoBAT systems and leads the implementation of regular maintenance strategies at customer sites. • Provides specialized technical consultation and remote support, independently determining the necessary course of action for complex system failures. • Analyzes case data to identify trends and provides engineering reports for each on-site and remote support case. • Manages inventory strategies and forecasts spare parts requirements both on and off-site. • Develops and implements feedback to innovate processes and technical documentation. • Provides training and technical orientation to customer engineering teams on system architecture and operation.
